Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BeeGo - Delivery Platform ("Platform"), developed and operated by 237 Solutions Group Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" means the BeeGo - Delivery Platform software system, including APIs, web applications, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "Tenant" means an organization or business that subscribes to our SaaS service.
• "User" means customers, merchants, riders, and administrators operating under a Tenant.
• "Services" means Food Delivery, Mart Delivery, Express Delivery, and Taxi/Ride-Hailing services.

3. Terms of Use

3.1 Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent.
• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 User Accounts

Each user receives a unique account for accessing the Platform. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.

4. Packages & Payments

4.1 Service Plans

The Platform offers multiple tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise), each with different limits and features. Current plan details are displayed on the Pricing page of our website.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Fees are billed annually based on the selected plan.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT (7%).
• No per-order commission fees.
• Upgrades/downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellation

Tenants may cancel at any time. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. Merchant Policies

• Merchants must hold a valid business license.
• All goods sold must comply with applicable laws.
• Food merchants must maintain food hygiene standards.
• Merchants are responsible for the quality of goods sold.
• Prices must be clearly displayed and kept up to date.

6. Rider Policies

• Must hold a valid and current driving license.
• Vehicle must be insured and properly registered.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must not use drugs or alcohol while on duty.
• Must strictly follow all traffic laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

Users shall not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Hack, modify, or attempt unauthorized access to the system.
• Provide false information or impersonate others.
• Sell illegal goods, drugs, or hazardous materials.
• Use other users' data for purposes beyond the service.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Platform's software.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content on the Platform are the intellectual property of 237 Solutions Group Co., Ltd. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

Tenants using White-label services receive a non-exclusive license to use the Platform, which terminates upon cancellation of the service agreement.

9. Warranty & Liability Limitations

The Platform is provided "as-is". The Company does not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Company shall not be liable for:

• Damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
• Data loss due to force majeure events.
• Quality of goods or food sold by merchants.
• Accidents or incidents during delivery.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or Platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
